We've designed all our gear to extremely tight tolerances. We stand behind it's quality and cover it with a no hassle warranty. We will repair or replace any item that shows signs of a manufacturer defect with typical field use over the life of the product.

• Warranty covers the original purchaser, gift recipient. 

• Abuse, misuse, issues during storage (floods/moths) are not covered under warranty.

• Abrasion, piling that occurs during normal field use and does not hinder the items performance is not covered by warranty.

Warranty Service

Contact us at info@verdictgear.com if you have an issue and we will work with you to figure out the best plan of action to repair or replace the item.

• If we send you a shipping label for return, please ensure your item is clean of any blood stains etc. Idaho law requires this and we are not allowed to review contaminated items 

Repairs

We would like to handle general gear repairs because we are big believers in maintaining the gear that you have, but we just cant take on issues that fall outside our warranty. There are many high quality small business repair shops throughout the country that do quality work on packs/tents/apparel. One that we've had good experiences with is Rugged Thread over in central Oregon.
